Quality and resistance

We can appreciate how 1308.20 always maintains very high performance both in terms of grip, capable of perfectly adhering even with the most difficult foils, and its resistance to ageing (hydrolysis), almost double of normal hot melts on the market. Recommended for the wrapping of PVC and aluminum profiles for customers that require speed of production. Possible thanks to its high initial bond strength maintaining his high weathering resistance qualities (tested according to RAL 716).

The 1308.20F (FAST) version allows window profiles to be welded within 24 hours of foiling. In addition, the ‘F’ version ensures rapid chemical cross-linking of the HMPUR after coating, during its storage at low temperatures and relative humidity. 1308.20F is appreciated by customers who work mainly with small order quantities or who have only limited warehouse space. The combination of some decorative foils with 1308.20 and 20 F can guarantee very high weather resistance, especially in countries with high temperatures and relative humidity (e.g., Asia and South America).
