HmPur 3810.20 adhesive is suitable for edge banding of chipboard, MDF, wood,with PVC,PET,ABS and paper finish edges. We can associate it as application characteristics with the classic 3308.20, but with a raw material content of 20% from renewable sources.
The adhesive is characterized by a high initial bond strength that allows subsequent inline processing and a high stability in the melter (up to approx. 3-4 days). It has a long open time and good wettability with all types of substrates and edges. It does not require a high grammage at the time of application, which allows for a thinner and therefore less visible adhesive line. Excellent resistance to water, heat, steam, cold and solvents.
