PUR hot melt adhesive 1308.20/20F

The hotmelt PUR adhesive 1308.20 is formulated for wrapping PVC and aluminum profiles and panels.

It can be applied with wrapping machines equipped with a slot nozzle.

1308.20 is the ideal choice for who is looking for a product with high initial grip. This is an essential characteristic for who is working:

• with new generation decoratives that are usually stiffer and more difficult to apply
• on profiles with a complex geometry
• with common decoratives and profiles but at an especially high production speed

1308.20 is particularly resistant to high temperatures and humidity, a climate typical of countries in Asia and South America. We have verified in our laboratories that it responds twice as well to heat and humidity as other commercially available HMPUR adhesives.

A fast-cross-linking version under the name of 1308.20F is also available, which allows after about 24 hours to move on to further processing (such as profile cutting and welding) or to ship and put coated profiles into storage without compromising bonding (even in warehouses with low temperatures and humidity).
