Recipients of the information

The recipients of this notice are the persons who directly or indirectly submit their applications to the Data Controller.

The personal data processed are those provided in connection with:

  • response to selection advertisements on third-party portals;
  • interviews with third parties in charge of selection activities;
  • direct conferment by the data subject to the Data Controller by submission of a CV;
  • submission to partner companies of the Data Controller by submission of a CV.

Treatment modes

Personal data may be processed on digital or paper media. The Data Controller may perform all processing operations indicated in Article 4 point 2 GDPR.

Regardless of the type of medium used, the Data Controller shall take all necessary measures to ensure the security of the processing on the basis of the risk analysis conducted and periodically updated.

Storage times

The Data Controller will process the personal data for the time necessary to fulfil the above-mentioned purposes, and in any case for a maximum of 2 years from the time it is provided.

Data access and communication

Access to the processed data is permitted only to authorised personnel or, if necessary, to external parties specifically appointed as data processors.

Your data may only be disclosed to partner companies of the data controller with your consent.

Data transfer to third countries

Personal data are processed in the European Union. In any case, it is understood that the Data Controller may also process the data in non-EU countries if necessary. In this case, the Controller assures as of now that the transfer of data outside the EU will take place in accordance with the provisions of Articles 44, 45 or 49 as applicable.

The rights of the data subject

As a data subject you have the right to request and if applicable obtain:

  • rectification of personal data;
  • erasure (right to be forgotten);
  • restriction of processing;
  • data portability;
  • opposition to processing;

you always have the right to withdraw consent given for a particular processing operation without affecting the lawfulness of the processing operation based on the consent given before the withdrawal.

In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority.
