On May 24, we turned our values into a concrete gesture: a full day dedicated to tree planting, actively involving all our employees and their families.
The initiative, meaningfully titled “Plant Our Future”, took place in the scenic Piana di Marcesina, on the Asiago Plateau — an area severely affected by Storm Vaia in 2018. In just a few hours, Vaia uprooted millions of trees, leaving behind a landscape of broken stumps and fragile soil. Today, thanks to community-based reforestation projects, we can contribute to the restoration of this territory and its biodiversity.
With the technical support of 4Tree and ClimatePartner, we selected three native tree species with root systems particularly suited to stabilizing the soil and promoting ecological recovery. The result? 750 new saplings planted with our own hands.
But this wasn’t just an environmental action. It was also a powerful outdoor team building experience — a chance to step away from our daily routines, work together in nature, and rediscover the value of collaboration. A moment of employee engagement that brought together colleagues from our Treviso and Pianezze offices, united by a shared goal: taking care of our land.
This day stands as a tangible example of our commitment to corporate social responsibility and hands-on environmental sustainability. Because we believe that every action counts — especially when it’s shared.
