2308.27L Hot melt polyurethane adhesive is suitable for laminating wooden profiles and derivatives with CPL, PVC, PET, ABS/PMMA foils, etc. Its special feature is its low content of free isocyanate (<0.1%). It will be identified in our assortment of HmPur adhesives with an ‘L’ for LESS, so it will be label-free and no specific training will be required for its use.
Regarding the characteristics of this HmPur, we can confirm its high setting speed and good stability in the melter. In order to achieve good wettability on the profile, it is essential to have a temperature of at least 45-50°C on the profile when bonding.
