WPN4 is part of the range of environmentally friendly primers with very low VOC content, plus it contains no NEP/NOP.
Thanks to its solvent mixture, this product enables excellent preparation of the profile for bonding. It develops a remarkable effect, especially on surfaces that are difficult to treat or wet. Compared to conventional solvent-based primers, comparatively small quantities are required (6-10 g/m2).
It is suitable for PVC surfaces, but also for aluminium substrates painted with polyester or polyurethane resins that are indispensable for outdoor profiles.
WPN4 primer can be applied with the traditional felt system (always using automatic dosing systems) or with the vacuum primer system.
Like all primers categorised as low VOC (low volatile content or LOW VOC or VOC-reduced), it requires a sufficient number of hot air heaters for a fast drying time in order to remove the solvents well from the profiles.
The WPN4 primer is non-flammable and carries no hazard label.
