The TAKA–WPR Group announces an important evolution in its identity following the transfer of shares previously held by long-standing partner Remo Baldassin. This operation places TAKA S.r.l. and WPR S.r.l. fully under the ownership of Giorgio Costenaro, marking a natural step in the Group’s path of growth and consolidation.
Alongside the new corporate structure, the Group is introducing a new logo, designed to clearly and effectively represent the unified vision of TAKA–WPR. The refreshed visual identity reflects the intention to fully integrate the expertise of TAKA and WPR, reinforcing a modern, cohesive image oriented towards the future.
