These standards ensure that our training programmes are designed, delivered and evaluated according to rigorous, internationally recognised criteria, with clear, measurable learning objectives geared towards genuine participant satisfaction. ISO 29993 covers non-formal, in-person training, while ISO 29994 extends these requirements to remote learning, guaranteeing the same quality standards regardless of delivery format.
