Whistleblowing is a system that allows employees, collaborators, or other individuals within an organization to report illegal conduct, unethical practices, or irregularities occurring within the company.
This mechanism was introduced by Law No. 190 of November 6, 2012, “Provisions for the prevention and repression of corruption and illegality in the Public Administration”.
